Have you noticed that most cleaning products don't list their ingredients? This is because they don't have to!  The U.S. government requires that only "chemicals of known concern" to be listed on labels, allowing manufacturers to take advantage of a big loophole: there is no testing required for most chemicals used in cleaning products to determine is they are dangerous enough to be a "chemical of known concern." To help you get started in reducing toxin exposures, shop a selection of my favorite thoroughly-researched household cleaning products below.
